The Body Remembers, But It Can Also Heal

But beneath that protective layer lies the unconditioned body

The protective body holds onto the weight of rejection. It tenses, shields, and builds walls, trying its best to guard against being hurt again. It is a natural response, shaped by experiences that taught us to brace for impact, to close off, to protect.

But beneath that protective layer lies the unconditioned body—an innate part of us that longs for connection, belonging, and joy. The unconditioned body knows that a joyful existence begins with openness, not defence. It understands that safety is found in trust, not barriers.

Healing is not about forcing these layers to fall away; it is a gentle process of learning to unbrace. It is discovering that connection and friendship are possible without losing yourself. Healing begins when you reconnect with the natural wisdom of your body and give yourself permission to soften.

Through the work we do together, you will have the space to explore this process. Together, we will work to create safety, resilience, and openness from the inside out. You will find ways to unbrace, step into life with ease, and rediscover the strength that comes from softness.
