Therapeutic Hatha Yoga 200hrs teacher training course

Welcome to Immersive Learning

Isaac is the senior teacher on the Therapeutic Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Course at Cara Creek, guiding students through a deeply transformative journey into yoga practice and teaching. This unique training prioritizes personal growth, blending the therapeutic power of Hatha Yoga with the immersive experience of living and learning off-grid in nature.

Therapeutic Hatha Yoga: A Foundation for Growth
Isaac’s teaching centers around Therapeutic Hatha Yoga, a practice where traditional asanas are held with full presence to support nervous system healing and cultivate resilience. Each morning begins with this foundational practice, offering students the space to deepen their self-awareness while building the strength and clarity essential for authentic teaching.

Learning in Community
A key element of the TTC at Cara Creek is the sense of community created by living and learning together with a diverse group of yoga teacher trainers. Isaac’s experience and inspiring path encourage students to embrace their unique journeys as both practitioners and teachers.

The connections formed over the 21 days of training last a lifetime. Graduates become part of the Off-Grid Yoga School alumni network, a supportive community that continues to inspire and uplift one another long after the course ends.

Nature as the Ultimate Teacher

Nestled in the tranquility of Cara Creek’s off-grid environment, the training embraces nature as a vital component of the learning process. The sounds of the river and birdsong provide a soothing backdrop, grounding students in the present moment and enriching their journey. Isaac sees nature as an unparalleled teacher, offering a space for reflection and transformation.

A Balanced and Practical Approach
Isaac’s teaching style caters to a variety of learning styles, combining reflective discussions after practice with early teaching exercises. From the beginning, students are encouraged to explore their voice as teachers. By the third week, they are confidently guiding full classes, integrating the knowledge and skills they’ve cultivated.

Isaac’s dedication to yoga and his compassionate approach create an environment where students can transform their practice, teaching, and connection to the world around them. For those ready to embark on a life-changing journey, Isaac offers the wisdom and support to help them thrive.
