ABOUT ISAAC 
​

Isaac’s journey into movement and mindfulness began with a professional career as a ballet dancer. Trained at the prestigious Royal Ballet School , he performed with renowned companies across Europe including The Royal Ballet and English National Ballet, mastering the art of precision, discipline, and grace. This profound connection to the body laid the foundation for his exploration of yoga and wellness practices.

 

Initially captivated by the dynamic discipline of Ashtanga Yoga, Isaac dedicated 15 years to its study. Over time, he transitioned to the profound practice of Hatha Yoga, appreciating its focus on alignment, breath awareness, and mindfulness. This pivotal shift became the cornerstone of his personal practice and teaching philosophy.

Today, Isaac combines his expertise in yoga, breathwork, somatic practices and movement therapy to offer transformative sessions. His work emphasizes cultivating strength, flexibility, inner balance, and self-discovery.
