WORKSHOPS 2026
In 2026, Isaac’s workshops will explore how the chemistry and mechanics of breathing can support deeper embodiment, somatic awareness, and a more grounded approach to Hatha Yoga.

Natural Breath: A Two-Day Immersion
Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd March
2:15pm–5:30pm
Sangye Yoga, London
Breathe less and feel more.
This two-day immersion looks at how calm, natural breathing can transform both the inner experience of practice and the way the body responds to āsana. When the breath becomes quieter and more efficient, oxygen is delivered more effectively throughout the body, energy steadies, and the mind becomes clearer and more attentive.
Across the weekend, we explore the relationship between breath awareness and Hatha Yoga as a unified practice. The work includes opening and organising the rib cage, diaphragm, spine, and intercostal spaces so that breathing becomes more spacious and integrated. As the breath softens, the practice becomes less effortful, more embodied, and easier to inhabit.
The emphasis throughout is on simplicity, clarity, and the pleasure of calm breathing—an approach that offers both physiological benefit and a greater sense of presence. Each day returns to the same underlying theme, and the experience naturally deepens when attending both sessions.
Breathe less. Feel more.
